SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd in collaboration with SuChi Media Pte Ltd accepts registrations via online, manual registration at our office and/or via email registrations.
Please call us at our Hotline: 6842-8161 or 6842-8160 when you have made the registrations via online and have not received any confirmation of your registrations from our office. Leave us your name, contact telephone number and the programme or workshop which you have registered when you make the call to us.

The participant’s fee is inclusive of a programme fee and a non-refundable registration fee. The registration fee will NOT BE refunded upon withdrawal from the programme for whatever reasons.

Registered participants who wish to withdraw from any programme are required to inform the Administrative Officer of the programme, not later than 7 working days from the first day of the commencement of the programme.
Any withdrawal made within the 7-day period preceding the commencement of any programme will result in NO REFUND of the programme fee. The programme fee will only be refundable if the withdrawal notification is made before the 7-day period preceding the commencement of the programme.

Payment for the programme fees may be made in Cheque, IBG or ATM Transfers or Cash.
Payments via Cheque is payable to SUCHI MEDIA PTE LTD. Kindly indicate name of applicant, telephone number and name of programme at the back, bottom page of the Cheque. Please ensure that you have written the accurate amount for the programme before mailing it out to:

Payments via IBG and ATM Transfers are to be made to:

Please ensure that you are transferring the accurate amount before you click the send button. Call us at 6842-8161 once you have made the transfer and let us know the Reference Code. Please bring the receipt for IBG or ATM Transfer as proof of payment on the programme day.
Cash payments can be made personally at our office. Kindly make an appointment with the Officer in Charge at 6842-8161 or 6842-8160 before you come down to our office. We are located at:

Receipts will be issued upon cash payment. Receipts for payment via cheques will only be issued upon cheques’ clearance and will be provided upon request.

SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd and/or SuChi Media Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course/programme/workshop if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising which are beyond our control; and to re-schedule the course.

SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd and/or SuChi Media Pte Ltd reserve the right to make changes to the published programme including timing, venue and speakers.

All material provided during or for the purpose of the programme is the property of SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd and/or SuChi Media Pte Ltd unless otherwise stated. Participants are not entitled to copy such materials and/or use them for any commercial purposes without any prior permission from SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd and/or SuChi Media Pte Ltd.

SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd and/or SuChi Media Pte Ltd will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the programmes.

SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd and/or SuChi Media Pte Ltd shall have no liability for loss or damage to any of your personal property during the conduct of the programme/workshop. You are expected to be responsible for the safety of your own personal property. SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd and/or SuChi Media Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you; or any loss of profits or loss of business (direct or indirect) suffered by you.
